We’ve been working our way through this book and have really enjoyed what we’ve made thus far. The stroganoff meatballs were AMAZING! You think it will be too much dill but it is the perfect amount. Also warms up well (it definitely feeds 4 so if there’s just two of you there will be leftovers). The chicken parm sandwhich was also yum and I liked that it wasn’t a dramatic messy dish to make with how Drew does it. Chicken parm is amazing but I’ve never attempted it at home because I didn’t want splatters everywhere. We didn’t cut the chicken breast in half though so we had to cook it longer but when it was done man was it juicy! Very impressed with what we’ve made so far.

I was interested in some of the dishes. However, I would have liked a full
nutritional breakdown (ex. how much calories or sodium/sugar is in a dish?).
That would have been helpful. Still, so many dishes. This made me hungry.

The cookbook has recipes that looked good. Most of the ingredients are commonly found which is great for those of us living in small towns. The directions were clear. Nothing fancy was needed. Just good, basic cooking. Give it a try.

I had been in a rut on things to make for food that the whole family will like and came across this book. After looking through it I was really impressed. With most cookbooks I will like MAYBE 1 or 2 of the recipes….this one I liked 10. That’s an amazing number for me and the ingredients list is not that hard to find or cost a lot of money. Your local supermarket will have what you need so no special shops to go to.
I look forward to trying these easy to follow recipes.
